1. Small business website package

This package contains everything you need to get an online presence for your business.

  • Design of website, based on your company logos and design preferences
  • Separate management system where you can create your own pages, news, events, and view details of the activity on your website and search engine results
  • Domain name registration
  • Hosting for 1 year
  • Search engine advice

Prices from: £400 + VAT. Hosting and Support after the first year is by arrangement, but typically £120 p.a. + VAT depending on your requirements. We can also offer various email services if you do not already have your own.

2. Small business eCommerce package

An all-inclusive package for small businesses wishing to trade online, including sophisticated product management and content management tools.

Our eCommerce package includes all the features of our basic website package above, plus the following:

  • Online catalogue
  • Shop management system
  • Maintain your own product details, product categories, and prices
  • Your banner and logos
  • Delivery charge calculator
  • Search engine optimisation so that your shop gets good search engine rankings
  • Extensive website logging and monitoring features
  • Order administration and processing
  • Customer administration

Prices from: £800 + VAT.

Other options available at extra cost include: online payment gateways, restricted access (trade shop and pre-registered customer accounts), data export to Microsoft Office (Access and Excel or Word), Google Base (Froogle) and eDirectory datafeeds, customer newsletter facility, multiple currencies, bespoke website designs, user-defined pages, SSL certificate.

3. Community publishing system

Aimed at community organisations, town councils and parish councils, our Community Publishing System is an affordable way to create and publish news items, articles, minutes of meetings, stories and events for your local community. The system includes everything you need to organise text and photos, and quickly publish them on your website with a professional appearance.

The Community Publishing System is optimised for search engines, so you should be able to achieve good search engine results. The integrated content management system allows you to track usage of your website and view search engine referrals.

Other features include a moderated visitor feedback system, RSS newsfeed support, a built-in database for recording a directory of partners or related organisations, a system for adding links to other websites, and tools for constructing and running online polls or surveys.

The Community Publishing System is available at low cost to town councils, parish councils, voluntary organisations, community organisations, and charities. We also offer a free extended trial of the system, and are sympathetic to organisations that want to help their local communities but don't have the funding for a website at the moment.
